  • Bow Valley Shuttles Services use externals payment systems and do not control the time processing of refunds
  • We will process a refund as soon as possible and we will send you an email with the process information.
  • Refunds may take between 1 to 10 business days.

1. Cancellations By Passengers

More than 72 hours before the service date:

  • Cancellation with full refund.
  • Change bookings can be rescheduled to a later date, no fee, (subject to availability).

Between 24 and 48 hours of the service date:

  • Cancellation with 50% full refund.
  • Change bookings can be rescheduled to a later date, no fee, (subject to availability).

Within 24 hours of the service date:

  • No Refund.
  • Change, bookings can be rescheduled to a later date with a fee (subject to availability).

2. Cancellations by Bow Valley Shuttles Services

  • Bow Valley Shuttles Services reserves the right to cancel or modify any scheduled or service due to insufficient bookings, unfavorable driving conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Passengers will receive a full refund.
  • Passengers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes. Please check your email regularly for last-minute updates.

3. Cancellations or Rescheduling

Only certified assistance animals are allowed on board under the Service Dogs Act. Owners must be prepared to show identification at boarding. A government-issued certificate or ID for the animal must be sent to info@bowvalleyshuttleservices.ca at least 72 hours before the trip for approval.

We allow to bring bear spray. Please let  the driver knows about it for passenger safety.

In the event of a no-show—when a customer fails to be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time—the full fare will be charged.

A Park Pass is a permit required to enter national parks in Canada. It allows access to scenic drives, day-use areas, trails, and other park amenities.

More information is available on the Banff National Park  website or on the Banff and Lake Louise Tourism website.

 

Note: Tour services inside Banff National Park do not include this permit. Passengers are responsible for purchasing their own Park Pass.
Only shuttle services from outside the park include this fee.

In 2025, the road to Moraine Lake will be open from June 1st to October 13th.

Passenger Safety

Under Alberta law, children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in a child safety seat. Children aged 6–15, or those weighing more than 40 lbs, must wear a seatbelt.

Bow Valley Shuttle Services does not provide child seats. Please bring your own.

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times, where applicable, and follow all safety instructions from the driver.

  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the vehicle.

  • Alcohol and drug consumption is strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers must behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.

  • Strong odors from passengers or their belongings are not permitted.

All passengers who make a reservation agree to abide by Bow Valley Shuttle Services’ policies. We reserve the right to terminate service without a refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, at the driver’s discretion.

  • Personal bags must fit on your lap or under your seat.

  • Bring a rain jacket or extra layers for comfort—mountain weather can change quickly.

  • Baby strollers are allowed but are subject to available space.

  • Luggage space is limited and suitable for small to medium-sized items.

  • Bow Valley Shuttle Services is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please check the vehicle carefully before exiting.
