TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
Only certified assistance animals are allowed on board under the Service Dogs Act. Owners must be prepared to show identification at boarding. A government-issued certificate or ID for the animal must be sent to info@bowvalleyshuttleservices.ca at least 72 hours before the trip for approval.
We allow to bring bear spray. Please let the driver knows about it for passenger safety.
Unfortunately, our shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.
In the event of a no-show—when a customer fails to be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time—the full fare will be charged.
A Park Pass is a permit required to enter national parks in Canada. It allows access to scenic drives, day-use areas, trails, and other park amenities.
More information is available on the Banff National Park website or on the Banff and Lake Louise Tourism website.
Note: Tour services inside Banff National Park do not include this permit. Passengers are responsible for purchasing their own Park Pass.
Only shuttle services from outside the park include this fee.
In 2025, the road to Moraine Lake will be open from June 1st to October 13th.
