Passenger Safety
Under Alberta law, children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in a child safety seat. Children aged 6–15, or those weighing more than 40 lbs, must wear a seatbelt.
Bow Valley Shuttle Services does not provide child seats. Please bring your own.

All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times, where applicable, and follow all safety instructions from the driver.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the vehicle.

Alcohol and drug consumption is strictly prohibited.

Passengers must behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.

Strong odors from passengers or their belongings are not permitted.
All passengers who make a reservation agree to abide by Bow Valley Shuttle Services’ policies. We reserve the right to terminate service without a refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, at the driver’s discretion.

Personal bags must fit on your lap or under your seat.

Bring a rain jacket or extra layers for comfort—mountain weather can change quickly.

Baby strollers are allowed but are subject to available space.

Luggage space is limited and suitable for small to medium-sized items.

Bow Valley Shuttle Services is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please check the vehicle carefully before exiting.
